The following changes have been implemented on the Billing Method section of the Checkout page as of June 24, 2024 (#8748):

Users from the "Administrators" group will only see the "Account Balance" and "Credit Card" payment methods if "Personal Purchase" is selected as the dropdown field option on the "Business or Personal" Custom Data Collection (CDC) subsection.
Users from the "Administrators" group will only see the "Invoice Salas O'Brien" payment method if "Business Purchase" is selected as the dropdown field option on the "Business or Personal" Custom Data Collection (CDC) subsection.
Users from the "SuperUser" group will only see the "Account Balance" and "Credit Card" payment methods if "Personal Purchase" is selected as the dropdown field option on the "Business or Personal" Custom Data Collection (CDC) subsection.
Users from the "SuperUser" group will only see the "Business Unit-Division" payment method if "Business Purchase" is selected as the dropdown field option on the "Business or Personal" Custom Data Collection (CDC) subsection.
Users from the "Base Level User" group will only see the "Account Balance" and "Credit Card" payment methods.

The following changes have been implemented on the Custom Data Collection (CDC) section of the Checkout page as of July 16, 2024 (#8824):

The textbox under the "Financial Code" CDC subsection has been updated to be populated based on the value of the user's "Financial Code" custom user field.
The textbox under the "Entity" CDC subsection has been updated to be populated based on the value of the user's "Entity" custom user field.
The textbox under the "Discipline" CDC subsection has been updated to be populated based on the value of the user's "Discipline" custom user field.

The following changes have been implemented in the store as of August 2, 2024 (#8904):

The "Log In" link on the top navbar has been updated to take the user to https://salasobrien.mybrightsites.com/account/login.
A link named "Log In using SSO" has been added to the Log In page.

- The "Log In using SSO" link has been updated to a button similar to the "Sign In" button. (#8904 - August 5, 2024)
- The textbox in the "Financial Code", "Entity", and "Discipline" CDC fields have been updated to properly accept ampersand values. (#404881 - September 12, 2024)
- The "Email" field on the Shipping Address section of the Checkout page has been updated to have an empty value by default. (#9164 - October 15, 2024)

A popup with the message, "I understand that all sales on the Salas O'Brien store are final and there will be no refunds or exchanges accepted." has been added to the Shipping Method section of the checkout pages. Initially, the "Continue" button on this page will be hidden, and as requested, shoppers can only proceed to the next step by clicking the "ACCEPT Refund/Exchange Policy" button in the popup.
